Touchstone Counseling Services, Inc.
Negativity, pain and self-defeating behaviors are often the factors holding us back from reaching emotional well-being and our full potential in life. Throughout life developmental wounds, trauma, grief and bad luck disrupt our path to wholeness and effect our relationships with the ones we love. In therapy, I can help you find strength, and offer a skilled perspective, objectivity and hope.
My goal is to create a safe, nurturing place where my clients can explore their beliefs, emotional habits and reframe their long, deep, negative perceptions that hold them back from living their lives to their potential.
