As a founder and long time therapist at Touchstone, Bobbie has worked with a wide and diverse population and is always amazed and excited about the ability of people to bring about change in their lives in so many creative ways.
Bobbie works with families, couples and individuals in transition - moving from recent crises or dealing with longer-term difficulties. Through the process of exploring belief systems, reframing experiences and refocusing, clients gain better understanding and new insights into their present situation and possible new directions.
Interactive and emotionally supportive therapy, based on psychological foundations, can lead to increased self-awareness and the ability to truly develop one's potential and live a more successful and fulfilling life.
