Do you always seem to be getting involved in bad relationships?
Are you having problems in your current relationship?
Do you feel abrupt, short, or edgy with your children or spouse?
Are your children out of control?
Have the worries in your life consumed your ability to be yourself?
Are you feeling “down in the dumps”?
Have you lost and loved one and can’t seem to get over it?
Negativity, pain and self-defeating behaviors are often the factors holding us back from reaching emotional well-being and our full potential in life. Throughout life developmental wounds, trauma, grief and bad luck disrupt our path to wholeness and effect our relationships with the ones we love. In therapy, I can help you find strength, offer skilled perspective, objectivity and hope.
My goal is to create a safe, nurturing place where my clients can explore their beliefs, emotional habits and reframe their long, deep, negative perceptions that hold them back from living their lives to their potential.
